First he sweet talks you into buying. When you complain his stuff doesn't work, he abuses and harasses and stalks you later.
Solar panels were filthy! Wind turbine did squat. I looked him up and saw everyone went to Thermdyne for the turbines. They work great and no abuse
What a waste of my time
Bought a Controller and turbine from Mike who sold me a ton of stuff, blades and hubs over a few months. Straight up junk. My HOA made me remove it due to noise. We got 17 complaints from neighbors up to a block away. It never even charged the 6 batteries we had with it. nothing but it was to be charging them. We have 13 mph wind base speeds here and often 30 mph+ in Western Texas. These are a lie. A electrician installed it all and called it a unprofessional novice set up, & really a fire hazard. Now they won't even acknowledge us at Missouri wind and solar. Even threatened once us not to post this kind of complaint.
Offered to do a turbine power output test at a college, got threatened with a law suit.
After months of having my Windmax attacked as junk, the chinese people called every racist term on the earth I offered a comparison test at a local college of MW&S turbines verses 1 HYE 400 windmax and the owner called me names, faggot, liar, China man lover, and insulted my wife and family. they then told me I would be sues if I tested their "superior" product. WHAT!!!!!

This company must be stopped! File your complaints with the Better Business Bureau Both US and in your state www.bbb.org and Missouri Attorney General www.ago.mo.gov Tell your story on any and all scam sights.
If you have pictures of failed MW&S products and/or documents, I would love to see them. Please only send facts, I am not interested in hearsay or opinion.
I intend to tell the world my ordeal with Jeff and his Company and how he coast me thousands. DO NOT buy products from MW&S...they do not back their product and the units have overrated specs. My 800watt unit would produce less than half its rating in 70mph winds!!! Other than that, it produced nowhere near the 800 watts advertised.
Rip Off
I purchased 2 of their 1600 W wind turbines. None of the bolts fit from the hub to the blades. They were drilled wrong. Then the long bolts that tie it together were a different thread than the nuts. He tried to tell me that they were lock washers and that was why they wouldnt thread right, ha. I then called "customer support and they hung up on me. I told them I need a return # and they want to charge me a restocking fee of $20 each unit and I have to pay shipping. They did not send a receipt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased $15,000.00 worth of wind turbines from Missouri Wind and Solar. Before i even got them up they fell apart. Parts were all over my drive way, somebody could have tripped on them and sued me. I finally got one up behind my garage, about 10 feet up on a pvc pipe. In a fricken 55 mph wind all i got was 15 watts and then their wind turbine broke my pipe. I then contacted Jeff and he called me a nut job! He then went on to call me a sucker.
I contacted Bob Green at Hydrogenappliances.com Thermodyne in California and asked him to help me. He credited me for all the trash i bought from Missouri Wind and Solar. $15,000.00! Bob Green is a saint. He then sold me, at half price,2 1600 watt Califfornia Commando wind turbines, the most powerful wind turbines in the world for their size.
Scam!
They were so nice to me when I called. Spent $5700.00 for a full system. Bought everything they said I needed. After Install I was getting 15 watts maximum at 25 MPH wind speed. They BS'd me until the credit card window for complaining had closed. Real professional crooks! Then they told me I was a nut bar and to go **** off. Filled a complaint with Symore BBB who said they had an F- rating and that they had already called the attorney generals office. I am waiting for a refund when the state attorney sues them. All ripped off people are encouraged to get on the list for the Missouri State Attorney General at the Spring Field field office at (417) 895-6567.
Defective Merchandise
I bought a wind turbine it fell apart, before i could get it installed. Jeff would not give me a refund. He won't return my emails or phone calls. I have since contacted hydrogenappliances and they have given me a credit for the hunk of junk i got from Jeff and helped me get a new wind turbine that actualy works.

Missouri wind and solar is cashing in and going out of business I fear... They are selling TRASH!!!! Jeff Harmon is a criminal.... THE Symore Missouri BBB office gave them an F- rating and has 78 active complaints now.. SCAM SCAM SCAM
